HR Generalist

Your work will involve blending advanced analytics, robust platforms, and efficient processes to support clients across finance, compliance, and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-employment setup, orientation, and exit documentation - Managing and maintaining employee records and data in Bonds HRIS, UKG Pro, ensuring accuracy across systems and workflows - Pulling and analyzing reports from UKG Pro to support audits, people metrics, and HR team requests - Supporting compliance initiatives by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal processes - Assisting in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures - Contributing to engagement efforts and fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field - 3+ years of HR generalist or people operations experience - Hands-on experience with UKG Pro or other HRIS platforms - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - approachable, clear, and solution-oriented - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in pulling, organizing, and analyzing HR data to identify trends and inform decisions Company Details: You will have the opportunity to advance your career with FinServ Consulting, where personal and professional growth is a core focus.
