  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll management through Zoho People and Zoho Payroll.
  • Handle employee life cycle management – joining formalities, confirmation, transfers, exits, and F&F settlement.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team activities.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
  • Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with management for performance reviews and policy implementation.
  • Generate regular HR reports and ensure data accuracy in systems.


Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR operations/generalist roles.
  • Proficiency in Zoho People / Zoho Payroll preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage confidential information.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA/BBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
