Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the end-to-end human resources and office operations at our fast-paced and dynamic workplace. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for job descriptions and manpower requirements.
  • Onboard new employees: documentation, induction, and orientation process.

HR Operations & Office Coordination:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave data.
  • Handle employee grievances and queries professionally and confidentially.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Administrative Support:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and housekeeping management.
  • Support team leads and management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and communication.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and maintain asset records.
  • Act as a bridge between different departments and maintain internal communication flow.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Plan and execute internal engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
  • Help create a positive work culture that aligns with the company’s values and goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in HR generalist or HR executive roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a startup environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.

  • Experience in event support or coordination is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
