Job Description

As a HR Coordinator, your role involves coordinating with department heads to understand staffing requirements and preparing and posting job advertisements through various channels. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling final interviews. Additionally, you will prepare offer letters, appointment orders, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain updated employee records and joining documentation - Conduct orientation programs for new staff - Manage attendance, leave, and overtime data for all employees - Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) and maintain related records - Coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement - Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR database - Assist in the preparation of HR reports and MIS - Handle confirmation, increment, and relieving processes - Support in conducting employee engagement activities - Ensure adherence to school HR policies and disciplinary procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in HR / Business Administration - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High attention to detail and strong organizational ability - Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly - Immediate Joiners Preferred In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring effective HR operations within the organization.
