Role Summary


policy execution, attendance & payroll coordination, HRMS hygiene, and PMS support


Key Responsibilities


HR Operations & Policy Execution


  • Assist in

    implementation and communication of HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines

  • Support drafting, updating, and maintaining HR documents and internal policy repositories
  • Ensure day-to-day HR processes align with approved company policies


Attendance, Payroll & HRMS


  • Ensure

    accurate attendance, leave, and timesheet tracking

    through Zoho HRMS
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts to ensure

    timely and error-free salary processing

  • Support payroll activities using

    Zoho Payroll

    , including validation of inputs
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date employee records, documents, and data integrity


Performance Management System (PMS) Support

  • Assist in

    PMS cycle execution

    (goal setup, reviews, reminders, documentation)
  • Coordinate appraisal-related data, letters, and system updates
  • Ensure PMS timelines and compliance are adhered to across teams




Employee Lifecycle Management


  • Support onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes
  • Manage employee documentation, checklists, and HR system updates
  • Handle routine employee queries related to policies, payroll, leaves, and PMS


Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist in maintaining statutory records (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity - exposure preferred)
  • Support internal audits, HR MIS, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations / generalist role
  • Hands-on experience with

    Zoho HRMS & Zoho Payroll (mandatory)

  • Basic understanding of PMS, payroll cycles, and HR compliance
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Prior experience in

    IT / Technology / Consulting industry

    preferred
