The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students to develop a deep understanding of Economics. Key Responsibilities Teach Economics to Classes XI and XII in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction. Develop students' analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills. Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Coordinate with other faculty members and participate in school events, workshops, and meetings. Support students in academic and career guidance related to Economics and related fields. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Economics from a recognized university. B.Ed. (mandatory) with specialization in Economics or related discipline. 5–10 years of proven teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred). Strong command over spoken and written English. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom methodologies.
