Job Description

Job Title:

Experience:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain daily attendance records, punch-in/punch-out data, and resolve biometric issues.
Assist with
monthly payroll processing
, bonus calculations, and leave encashment.
Maintain accurate HR files, employee records, and documentation.
Handle workplace safety issues, grievances, and confidential HR matters.
Process employee visiting cards, letters (offer, appointment, confirmation), and onboarding formalities.
Support employee induction, probation monitoring, and performance review processes.

Statutory Compliance

Handle
PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance
on a monthly basis.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws and regulations
.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Post jobs on portals (Naukri, Apna Jobs, Indeed, Shine, Placement India, etc.).
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage salary negotiations, job offers, and employment contracts.
Follow up with new hires post-joining to ensure smooth integration.

Other Responsibilities

Support data entry for inward/outward challans and annexures.
Take up ad-hoc assignments when required.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance
.
Good understanding of
labour laws and workplace safety
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
