, while also supporting day-to-day HR and administrative functions.💼 Key Responsibilities📂 Maintain physical & digital employee records (contracts, leave requests, documentation).🗂️ Update internal HR databases with new hire and employee information.📑 Create and circulate guidelines, FAQs, and policy documents for staff.💰 Support payroll by gathering and managing data like working days, bank accounts, etc.📢 Post, update, and remove job ads as per hiring requirements.📅 Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and support the recruitment process.📊 Prepare HR reports and presentations (hiring stats, employee metrics, etc.).🎓 Develop training material and onboarding programs for new employees.🤝 Respond to employee queries on policies, benefits, and entitlements.

✅ Requirements & Qualifications

👩‍💼 Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer/Assistant or in a similar role.💻 Familiarity with HR software/HRIS and comfort with spreadsheets.⚖️ Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.📋 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.💬 Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.🎓 Degree in HR Management (BBA/MBA preferred) or related field.🌱 Why AnandBodh?At AnandBodh, HR is more than administration — it’s about
