HR / Front Desk Executive

As an HR & Admin Executive at AnandBodh, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our workplace. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain physical & digital employee records including contracts, leave requests, and documentation. - Update internal HR databases with new hire and employee information. - Create and circulate guidelines, FAQs, and policy documents for staff. - Post, update, and remove job ads based on hiring requirements. - Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and support the recruitment process. - Prepare HR reports and presentations such as hiring statistics and employee metrics. - Develop training material and onboarding programs for new employees. - Respond to employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and entitlements. Requirements & Qualifications: - Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer/Assistant or in a similar role. - Familiarity with HR software/HRIS and proficiency in working with spreadsheets. - Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills. - Degree in HR Management (BBA/MBA preferred) or a related field.
