Job Role & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive

psychiatric evaluations

, including interviews, case history reviews, observations, and psychological assessmentsDiagnose mental health conditions by analyzing test results, behaviors, and patient interactionsPrescribe and monitor

medications

with attention to efficacy and side effectsDevelop individualized

treatment plans

, track progress, and adjust strategies as neededMaintain continuous communication with case managers, therapists, and wellness coordinators for holistic careCollaborate on internal wellbeing initiatives and assessments for

AnandBodh team members

Requirements

MD or relevant advanced degree

in PsychiatryValid

license to practice medicine

in the respective state or countrySolid understanding of

modern psychiatric principles and integrative wellness

Compassionate, collaborative, and confident with excellent communication skillsBonus: Experience or interest in
