Job Description

Join our team as an HR professional, where you will play a key role in shaping our workforce. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, developing HR policies, and providing strategic HR consulting to support our growing solar energy business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Provide HR consulting services on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Manage employee data and HR analytics to inform decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR consulting.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
