HR Executive

An HR Executive manages human resources functions by overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding, administering payroll and benefits, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition:Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations:Address employee grievances and conflicts, and foster positive relationships between management and staff.
• Compensation & Benefits:Administer benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and manage payroll.
• Performance Management:Oversee the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
• Training & Development:Coordinate and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Policy & Compliance:Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, and generate relevant HR reports.
• Workplace Culture:Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale, and foster a productive and positive work environment.
