Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and post job descriptions across job portals, social media, and internal channels. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing. Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, and prepare offer letters. Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, etc.). HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR operations including employee records, documentation, and HRIS updates. Assist with payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Coordinate induction/orientation programs for new employees. Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles. Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
