Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Wellness Hospitals is looking for a Graphic Designer with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to create impactful visuals that represent our hospital’s values and services. You’ll be working closely with the digital marketing and branding teams to develop engaging content for both online and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design daily social media creatives, posters, digital ads, and short-form video thumbnails. Create brochures, standees, hoardings, and other hospital marketing materials. Maintain brand consistency across all creatives in line with Wellness Hospitals’ visual identity. Collaborate with the content and social media teams to plan and execute campaigns. Support in editing visuals for events, awareness campaigns, and internal branding. Ensure timely delivery and quality output for all creative requirements. Required Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage). Good understanding of color theory, composition, and typography. Ability to think creatively while maintaining brand tone and clarity. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Interest in healthcare communication and visual storytelling. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internship or freelance work will also be considered).
