Job Description

As an HR Assistant at Vijay Super Speciality Hospital, your role will involve assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will also facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization by handling induction, documentation, and maintaining new hire documentation. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, monitor attendance records, manage leave requests, and ensure compliance with hospital policies. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and updating leave records, utilizing GreytHR for efficient management of employee data, attendance, and leave records, and ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of employee information in the HRIS. You will generate reports and analytics from GreytHR for management review, ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, and stay updated on changes in labor laws to implement necessary adjustments in policies and procedures. Qualifications: - BBA / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process through various channels - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires - Prepare and maintain new hire documentation - Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns - Monitor employee attendance records and ensure accuracy in attendance reporting - Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with hospital policies - Maintain and update leave records, and provide reports as needed - Utilize GreytHR for efficient management of employee data, attendance, and leave records - Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee information in the HRIS - Generate reports and analytics from GreytHR for management review - Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, Minimum Wage Act, Labor Welfare Fund & etc - Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments in policies and procedures Competencies: - Strong understanding of labor laws in India, including PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, and minimum wage - Familiarity with GreytHR or similar HRIS systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing - Ability to assess situations, analyze data, and make informed decisions - Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in managing HR records and reports - Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions - Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines - Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices relevant to the healthcare sector Note: Please forward your updated resume to hr@vijaysuperspecialityhospital.in and feel free to reach us at (+91 91507 51668) for further information.
