HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive (Female) – Fresher / Experienced Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. You will be involved in talent acquisition, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting HR policy creation and restructuring efforts. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees to foster a positive workplace culture. Participate in HR restructuring initiatives and help draft or revise company policies. Coordinate salary negotiations and handle joining formalities. Support HR branding and recruitment marketing to attract top talent. Maintain and update HR records, candidate databases, and job portals. Collaborate with team members for periodic employee engagement activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of HR policies, recruitment practices, and labor laws is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools is desirable. Preferred Skills: Passion for recruitment and employee engagement.
