As we expand our operations, we are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to strengthen our team in Vapi.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle, strong team culture, and efficient people processes that support our fast-paced growth.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
• Manage HR documentation: offer letters, confirmations, IDs, contracts, and compliance files.
• Support HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements across departments.
• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and internal communication.
• Plan employee engagement activities, celebrations, and culture-building initiatives.
• Maintain performance evaluation cycles and appraisal documentation.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and team requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration (MBA HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive/HR Generalist.
• Strong communication, organization, and people-handling skills.
• Knowledge of HRMS, payroll basics, and labour law compliances (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
