HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates across functions.
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Angellist, and other innovative channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess fitment and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines, trackers, and hiring dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring as required.
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple roles and deliver quality hires within deadlines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and hiring platforms (e. g., LinkedIn, Naukri).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
