HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

The Talent Acquisition Executive is in charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the HR Head to plan and drive the ongoing hiring strategy across departments, right from understanding the need to onboarding a great candidate.
  • Write catchy, clear, and engaging job descriptions and pick the right channels to post them, with a focus on quality, speed, and culture fit.
  • Own and run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
  • Prioritize hiring needs smartly based on business goals.
  • Build and nurture a strong candidate network, always stay 3 steps ahead.
  • Constantly track and improve metrics like application-to-hire ratios and time-to-fill.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in technical recruitment is a bonus.
  • Engineering background preferred.
  • Comfortable with both volume and strategic hiring, across tech and non-tech roles.
  • Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.
  • Youve likely worked in a fast-moving environment and know how to hire at speed without dropping the ball on quality.
  • You enjoy making connections, aren&apost afraid to make cold calls, and genuinely care about finding the right fit.
  • Bonus if youve worked with SaaS companies or growth-stage teams.
