Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (Retail Focus):

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail roles across multiple store locations.
  • Partner with Retail Operations and Regional Managers to understand hiring needs and manpower planning.
  • Source candidates through various channels job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

2. Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with retail leadership to forecast staffing needs.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.

3. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:

  • Support initiatives to strengthen ASICS employer brand within the retail talent market.
  • Represent ASICS at job fairs, retail industry events, and campus drives.

4. Recruitment Operations:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and reports using HRIS or ATS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding and induction for new retail hires.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1–2 years focused on retail hiring.
  • Experience hiring for multi-location retail stores is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of retail industry dynamics and manpower requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools.
