Role & responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (Retail Focus): Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail roles across multiple store locations. Partner with Retail Operations and Regional Managers to understand hiring needs and manpower planning. Source candidates through various channels job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. 2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with retail leadership to forecast staffing needs. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights. Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies. 3. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing: Support initiatives to strengthen ASICS employer brand within the retail talent market. Represent ASICS at job fairs, retail industry events, and campus drives. 4. Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and reports using HRIS or ATS systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process. Support onboarding and induction for new retail hires. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1–2 years focused on retail hiring. Experience hiring for multi-location retail stores is highly desirable. Strong understanding of retail industry dynamics and manpower requirements.
