Job Description

As an HR Executive in the Textiles Manufacturing sector, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and ensuring new hires are properly onboarded and inducted into the company. - Building a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and managing employee conflicts and disciplinary issues. - Organizing and coordinating employee training programs to enhance skills and support professional growth. - Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, and managing compliance with statutory requirements. - Maintaining accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts. - Designing and implementing processes to help employees meet their goals and managing performance appraisals. - Ensuring a safe, healthy, and fair workplace for all employees and implementing welfare programs. Qualification Required: - MBA-HR Additional Details: - Work Location: Erode - Languages known: Tamil, English Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
