1. Recruitment & Hiring Source candidates through portals, referrals, and social media Conduct initial screening & schedule interviews Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements Manage on boarding and joining formalities 2. Employee Management Maintain attendance, leave records and staff discipline Handle employee queries and grievances professionally Ensure smooth communication between management and staff 3. Training & Development Organize training sessions, workshops and orientation programs Track employee performance and share feedback with management 4. HR Operations Maintain employee files and documentation Draft offer letters, appointment letters, company policies and HR notices Ensure compliance with company policies 5. Culture & Engagement Plan team‑building activities and events Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating work environment ✅ Required Skills Strong communication & interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR processes Good command over MS Office Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently Professional attitude and problem‑solving mindset Maintain company accounts
