Company Website: https://www.sapoly.com Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter/TA at Shrianand Poly in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. The role will involve coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment: · Conduct end-to-end recruitment for all positions. · Manage high-volume hiring campaigns and meet recruitment deadlines. 2. Candidate Sourcing: · Use various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to source potential candidates. · Conduct cold calls to engage with potential candidates and pitch the job opportunities effectively. 3. Interview Coordination: · Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. · Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process. 4. Feedback Management: · Gather detailed feedback from hiring managers post-interview to improve the recruitment process. · Maintain records of candidate feedback and update candidate databases accordingly. 5. Candidate Engagement: · Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for the role. · Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. 6. Reporting & Documentation: · Prepare and share recruitment progress reports with management. · Maintain proper documentation of hiring activities, feedback, and candidate details. 7. Candidates should have hiring experience of Manufacturing industry. Qualifications Experience with applicant tracking systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Strong understanding of recruitment strategies. Good sourcing skills via job portals and social media. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience: 3 – 5 Yrs Salary: As per interview Job Location: Behrampur Industrial Area, Sector- 74, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
