HR Executive | Shelter Mentors Pvt. Ltd.

Shelter Mentors is a recognized start-up by the department for promotion of industry and internal trade, under the flagship drive of start-up-india by government of india.

We are RERA, GST, MSME registered and iso 9001:2015 certified Real Estate Consultant Company established in year 2020 and are a team of ebullient, affable, dynamic, diligent, earnest and expert mentors committed to provide customers with excellent mentoring and to empower customers to see the impossible realty and believe it can be obtained.

We are looking for an hr executive to manage our company s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. Must have relevant experience in talent acquisition, worked in a fast paced environment preferably with real estate organizations or real estate channel partners.

To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in human resources departments and thorough knowledge of employment laws. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilities:-

Implement effective end to end employment cycle (sourcing , screening, interviewing techniques, joining & exit formalities)

Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

Act as the point of contact regarding employee relation

Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS & ATS)

Measure employee retention and turnover rates

Oversee daily operations of the hr department

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

HRMS process implementation for attendance & payroll

Maintaining HR MIS Data. Requirements:- Proven work experience as an hr executive

Familiarity with human resources management systems and applicant tracking systems

Good knowledge of employment laws (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)

Solid communication skills

Qualifications

MBA HR Or related degree from a reputed university.

Knowledge of HR systems and databases

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
