Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller (Presales Executive) to join our growing team. The role involves generating, nurturing, and converting leads by engaging with potential clients over phone calls, scheduling site visits, and ensuring seamless follow-ups until booking closure. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Call and connect with potential customers from various lead sources (digital marketing campaigns, property portals, walk-ins, referrals, etc.). Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and preferences. Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to build relationships and trust. Share project details, USPs, and answers to queries to keep leads engaged. Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and confirm property site visits with clients. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth site visit arrangements. Post-Visit Feedback & Conversion Push: Take structured feedback from clients after each site visit. Address objections and push leads further toward booking. Booking Support: Assist the sales team in driving clients to decision-making and property bookings. Update CRM/lead management system regularly with lead status and activities. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Strong ability to build rapport over phone calls. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach in follow-ups. Good organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of Pune’s real estate market will be an added advantage. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream). 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, presales, or customer engagement roles (real estate preferred, but not mandatory).
