We are RERA, GST, MSME registered and iso 9001:2015 certified real estate consultant company established in year 2020 and are a team of ebullient, affable, dynamic, diligent, earnest and expert mentors committed to provide customers with excellent mentoring and to empower customers to see the impossible realty and believe it can be obtained.

We are looking for competitive and trustworthy Tele Callers Or Presales Executive (2 Nos) for pune location to help us build our business. the ideal candidates would be motivated, well-organized individuals who have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

The incumbents shall be proficient in tele-calling and business development. should have worked in a fast paced environment, preferably with real estate channel partners or have managed channel partners for developers or real estate organizations.

Responsibilities:-

- Tele calling on dialer and generating leads

- Maintaining client database generated through promotional activities

-Convincing prospective clients for a site visit

- Sending details of properties to the client

- Arranging site visit and showing properties

- Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property

- Determining clients' needs and financial abilities

- Informing clients about market conditions, prices, legal requirements

Requirements:-

- Desired candidate should be self motivated, a team player and an ambitious one as well.

- Should have interest in working sales team

- Should have good, pleasant personality, assertiveness and passion for sales

- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in English, Hindi And Marathi

- Market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Fast learner and passion for sales

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Qualifications - Graduate in any field - Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

- Great communication skills
