HR Executive

We are a IT and ITES firm headquartered at Hyderabad, Telangana. We are currently seeking to hire a HR Executive for our office located in KUDASAN, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

This will be a full-time employment to interact with the employees on a day-day basis.

Should be able to come for an in-person interview at our Gujarat office.

What we are looking for:

• Dynamic youngster with excellent English & Gujarati communication skills
• MBA HR preferred
• 0 - 2 years experience
• Good hands on with MS Office Suite
• Candidate local to Gandhinagar, Gujarat is preferred

Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with delivery head to identify staffing needs.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds.
• Manage onboarding process for new employees.
• Serve as a point of contact between management and employees.
• Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Assist in setting performance standards and conducting appraisals.
• Track employee performance and share feedback with managers.
• Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Manage employment contracts, offer letters, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with the finance team for timely salary processing.
• Manage employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
• Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
• Identify training needs in coordination with managers.
• Track training effectiveness and employee participation.
• Communicate policy updates to employees.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover reasons.
• Recommend strategies to improve employee retention.
