Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process including preparation of offer letters, documentation, and induction programs.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure timely payroll inputs.
  • Assist in organizational growth-related activities

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.

4. Statutory Compliance (ESI & PF)

  • Ensure accurate deduction and timely submission of ESI & PF contributions.
  • Handle employee queries related to ESI & PF registration, claims, and withdrawals.
  • Maintain compliance records and assist in audits related to ESI, PF, and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with the finance/payroll department and external consultants/vendors.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in accordance with labor laws and internal standards.
  • Assist in audits and compliance documentation.

6. Performance Management

  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process.
  • Maintain performance records and assist in tracking KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, officer, or similar HR role.
  • Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
