About Us:
Sacheerome Limited is a renowned name in the Fragrance & Flavour industry, committed to fostering innovation, excellence, and a people-centric culture. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team and support key HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Assist in payroll processing, ESI, PF, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievances.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and legal requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or mid-sized organization.
Knowledge of HR systems, labour laws, and compliance processes.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
