HR Executive

Job Title HR Executive Position Overview       We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance activities while ensuring smooth functioning of all HR processes. What You'll Do: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollout). Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records. 2. Employee Engagement & Communication Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and feedback sessions. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling. Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values. 3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support Track attendance, leave records, and assist in monthly payroll processing. Handle HRIS or HR software for data management (e.g., Zoho People) 4. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee files and HR databases. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI. 5. Performance Management Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Coordinate review cycles, feedback sessions, and performance documentation. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist profile..
