Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits. Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Supporting the HR team in employee engagement activities on periodic basis Handling employee queries and resolving HR-related issues Work collaboratively with other members of the HR team. Comply with all relevant employment legislation.
5+ Yrs of experience in end to end recruitment cycle.
Experience with various recruitment sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
