Job Description

Urgent Hiring for !!! HR Executive !!! in one of the leading pvt ltd company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant workforce.
Handle recruitment and onboarding of staff, operators, and contractual employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, etc.).
Support employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and coordinate with HO for policy updates.
Liaise with government authorities, labor inspectors, and external agencies for compliance.
Coordinate training & development programs to improve workforce efficiency.
Monitor manpower planning, shift schedules, and workforce productivity.
Prepare HR-related MIS reports and documentation for management review.
Support safety, welfare, and industrial relations activities in line with company standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IR, or related discipline.
25 years of HR experience, preferably in plant/manufacturing setup.
Good knowledge of labor laws, factory compliances, and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems.
