Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* Prepare new hire paperwork and support onboarding and orientation activities.
* Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist in administering employee benefits programs and responding to employee inquiries.
* Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (e.g., attendance, leave, and overtime).
* Help organize and coordinate HR projects, training sessions, and company events.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
* Assist in handling employee relations issues by documenting and routing concerns to HR management.
* Generate HR reports and maintain HR databases as needed.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and maintaining HR forms and templates.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred.
* Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
