Full job description

Job Title: HR Executive – Oil & Gas Pipeline Construction Projects (Head Office Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify all HR-related data from project sites while working from Head Office.
• Prepare and submit monthly HR compliance as per client HR checklists.
• Collect Attendance, Leave Records, Contractor/Subcontractor details, Insurance, Labour License, etc., from site teams and prepare compliance reports at HO.
• Ensure labour law compliances and HR documentation (PF, ESIC, PT, Net Salary Payments, Salary Documents, etc.) are maintained and kept ready for submission to Clients or Statutory Authorities.
• Coordinate with the HSE team to collect Safety Induction and Training records from sites and update them at HO.
• Prepare and compile HR documents for Internal Audits, Client Audits, and Statutory Inspections.
• Maintain and update HR systems at Head Office.
• Guide and support site HR/Officers regarding employee welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / MBA (HR) / PG Diploma in HRM / Post Graduate.
• Experience in HR/Compliance in Oil & Gas Pipeline Construction Projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PF/ESIC/CLRA Act, BOCW Act, Central Minimum Wages Act, and other labour laws.
• Skilled in Documentation, Report Preparation, and Client Coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Good knowledge of professional Email Communication.

Experience:

• Fresher or 1–2 years (Candidates with Oil & Gas / Construction Industry HR Compliance experience will be preferred).

Salary Range:

• ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 (based on experience and skills).
