Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have prior HR experience and the ability to support both strategic and operational HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee records, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Address employee queries and grievances effectively.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring adherence.
  • Maintain HR databases, reports, and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
