We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team at Fashion TV. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and end-to-end hiring operations within the fashion, lifestyle, and luxury industry.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure timely follow-ups, candidate communication, and interview feedback collection.
Support in executing campus hiring initiatives and career events.
Assist in content creation for HR campaigns across social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
Help with maintaining candidate databases, onboarding documentation, and HR records.
Ensure timely communication and compliance throughout the hiring process.
Track hiring metrics such as sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, and candidate feedback.
Prepare weekly reports on recruitment status and intern performance.
Degree or Dipolma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for recruitment and people processes.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools is a plus.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Exposure to fashion, lifestyle, and luxury industry hiring trends.
