Job Title - HR Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)Experience: 1 - 2 Years (preferably in IT industry)Join Nyusoft Solutions Innovate, Build, and Grow!We are looking for an HR Executive who is passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. What Youll Be Doing: -
Assist in sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews for IT roles.Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.Post job openings across portals & support employee referral initiatives.Help in planning & executing employee engagement activities & events.Support onboarding formalities & maintain exit documentation.Assist in attendance tracking, leave management & payroll support.Maintain employee records & update HR MIS data.Provide support in HR policy execution & compliance tasks.
What You Bring to the Table: -
1 - 2 years of HR experience (preferably in IT services).Basic understanding of IT recruitment processes and HR practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.Smart, energetic, and extroverted personality to engage with teams.Knowledge of attendance systems and payroll is an added advantage.
