As an HR Executive, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Recruitment and hiring: You will be responsible for hiring and onboarding new employees to ensure the company has a talented and skilled workforce. - Employee relations: It will be your duty to maintain positive relationships with employees, address any grievances they may have, and foster a healthy work environment. - Performance appraisal: You will evaluate how well employees are performing their jobs to provide feedback and support for their growth and development. - Policies and regulations: Keeping up-to-date with HR policies and regulations will be crucial, and you will be involved in updating them as necessary to ensure compliance. - HR records: You will play a key role in maintaining and organizing HR-related documentation and records, as well as assisting in data entry and record-keeping tasks. - Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments, conduct reference checks, and prepare for Statutory Compliances. - Attendance Checking will also be part of your responsibilities.
