HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end core HR operations including attendance management, onboarding & offboarding, leave management, employee data management, and compliance documentation.
• Process payroll activities and coordinate with the finance team.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.
• Assist in recruitment operations including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, relieving letters, and other HR-related documentation.
• Support in implementing HR policies and procedures as per organizational norms.
• Monitor attendance, track leaves, and escalate discrepancies as required.
• Coordinate statutory compliance processes (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR support.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards as per management requirement.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for HR-related services.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth HR operations under UK Shift hours.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in Core HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and HRMS tools.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Understanding of PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
• Flexible to work in
