Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Time Office Management

  • Maintain and monitor attendance records for staff, workers, and contract labour.
  • Ensure accuracy in biometric/attendance systems and daily reports.
  • Handle leave management and related documentation.
  1. Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners at the site.
  • Coordinate documentation, ID creation, induction programs, and compliance checks.
  1. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Verify attendance data and share with the payroll team.
  • Track overtime, absenteeism, and shift schedules.
  1. Union & Employee Relations Handling

  • Support in union-related discussions and grievance handling at site level.
  • Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
  1. Contract Labour Compliance

  • Ensure contractor adherence to statutory and company policies.
  • Monitor muster rolls, wage registers, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate with contractors for periodic audits.
  1. HR Operations & ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Knowledge

  • Support recruitment processes via ATS and ensure timely manpower availability.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS/ATS data, and dashboards.
  1. Disciplinary & Compliance Management

  • Issue show-cause notices, memos, and assist in disciplinary proceedings.
  • Ensure statutory compliance under labour laws and company policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and contract labour management.
  • Good understanding of time office, payroll inputs, and attendance systems.
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS / ATS systems.
  • Ability to handle unions, grievances, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / PGDM / MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.

2-3 years of HR operations experience, preferably in manufacturing / infrastructure / EPC / project site environment.

  • Experience in contract labour and union handling is mandatory.
