Job Description

You are looking for a skilled HR Executive to oversee human resource operations at the JSW site in Nagaur, Rajasthan. The role involves managing various HR activities, including workforce management, documentation, compliance, and facilitating coordination between the site and the head office. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining attendance records, handling onboarding processes, addressing employee grievances, liaising with labour contractors, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing daily HR reports to the head office. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or a related field, possess 1-3 years of HR experience (preferably in construction/industrial projects), have knowledge of labour laws and HR documentation, be proficient in MS Excel and communication skills, and be willing to work at the project site.
