Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to manage our full-cycle recruitment process and handle Human Resource Transactional and Administrative Functions (HTAF). This is a key role for someone who is passionate about finding the right talent and ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast-paced educational environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Create and publish job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms. Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes. Perform background and reference checks for selected candidates. Prepare and send offer letters and new hire documentation. 2. HTAF Management (HR Transactional & Administrative Functions): Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately. Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents such as employment contracts, appointment letters, and experience letters. Support the management of employee attendance and leave records. Assist in the coordination of onboarding and orientation for new hires. Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Qualifications and Skills: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior internship experience in HR/Recruitment is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [local language]. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment. Good interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
