Our training is delivered in a hybrid format, combining online learning via Zoom with hands-on offline training at reputed hospitals. Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to confidently engage and convince medical professionals to enroll in our specialized training programs. Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion: Call and follow up with doctors who have shown interest in our courses. Consultative Sales: Understand the needs and career goals of doctors and suggest suitable courses accordingly. Communication: Clearly explain course benefits, structure (online via Zoom and offline hospital training), fees, and other details. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly enrolment and sales targets. Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of enrolled students. Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from prospects to improve communication and offerings. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven sales experience, preferably in education or service-related sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills—must be fluent in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus). Ability to convince and influence high-profile professionals such as doctors. Self-motivated, with a target-driven approach. Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical education is an added advantage.
