HR Executive (Manufacturing/Sports)

As an HR Executive at our company located in Jalandhar, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions. With a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting performance management activities. Your key responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process, conducting onboarding and induction sessions, keeping accurate employee records, facilitating performance appraisals, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
