Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of HR responsibilities. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities
• Address employee queries and concerns effectively
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
