Job Description

Job Title : HR Executive Department : Human Resources Industry : Pharmaceuticals Location : Vadodara ( Ekalbara ) Qualification : Graduate / MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDHRM Technical Skills : Sound knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements Hands-on experience with Time Office systems and HRMS tools Familiarity with MS Excel and HR data reporting Experience with contract labour compliance portals and documentation Key Responsibilities :1. Statutory Compliance : Ensure timely compliance with all applicable labor laws (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, etc.). Maintain and update statutory registers and records (Form 7, Muster Roll, Leave Register, etc.). Liaison with statutory authorities and support during government audits/inspections (e.g., Factory Inspector, PF, ESIC, Labour Commissioner). Handle returns and remittances for PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc. Ensure adherence to regulatory documentation as per FDA, GMP, and other pharma audit norms. 2. Time Office Management : Maintain and monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records through biometric/time management systems. Validate time sheets and coordinate with payroll for salary processing. Monitor and track absenteeism, late coming, and early leaving trends. Prepare and circulate daily and monthly attendance reports. 3. Contract Labour Management : Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of contract labour in line with the CLRA Act. Maintain records related to contract manpower – deployment, attendance, wages, and compliance. Coordinate with contractors for statutory documents (License, Wage Sheet, ECR, ESIC Card, etc.). Monitor contract workforce deployment as per agreement and ensure compliance with site safety and conduct policies. 4. HRMS & Documentation : Update employee records and HRMS with personal, attendance, and compliance data. Generate reports related to headcount, absenteeism, turnover, shift planning, etc. Ensure all employee files are complete with relevant documents including KYC, appointment letter, medical fitness, etc. To Apply: If your profile is matching to the above job posting, and looking for a change may share their resume at hiring.krishnaenterprise@gmail.com.
