Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented MBA HR Fresher to join our HR team during the night shift. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-time exposure to core HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement for global clients. Key Responsibilities · Assist with recruitment activities for night shift roles (screening resumes, scheduling interviews). · Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires. · Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation. · Help monitor attendance, shift logs, and leave management for night shift employees. · Coordinate employee engagement initiatives for the night shift team. · Provide administrative support to HR functions and ensure timely compliance. · Collaborate with international teams (as needed). Required Qualifications · MBA in Human Resources (2023 or 2024 pass-out). · Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST). · Good verbal and written communication skills. · Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Preferred Qualifications · Internship or project experience in Human Resources. · Familiarity with job portals or HRMS tools. · Understanding of global workplace culture is a plus.
