- Orchestrate End-to-End Employee Lifecycle: Own and optimize every touchpoint from talent acquisition & immersive onboarding to performance development, thoughtful offboarding, and insightful exit interviews ensuring a frictionless, value-driven journey.
- HR Information & Analytics: Maintain impeccable employee records and HR databases; conduct regular audits. Transform data into compelling dashboards and predictive insights (attrition, time-to-hire, training ROI) that guide leadership decisions.
- Lead the Performance Management: Drive the entire appraisal cycle facilitating dynamic goal-setting workshops, mid-year progress deep dives, calibration sessions, and impactful year-end reviews. Empower managers to deliver growth-focused feedback.
- Compliance & Policy: Proactively interpret, implement, and communicate labour laws and internal policies. Partner with legal experts to not just ensure compliance, but to build agile frameworks that scale with our ambitions.
- Champion Employee Relations & Trust: Serve as the go-to advisor for sensitive queries and conflict resolution. Conduct thorough, impartial investigations and recommend restorative, fair solutions that uphold our culture.
- Engineer Engagement & Culture: Design and execute vibrant initiatives (recognition rituals, pulse surveys, values-driven town halls) that amplify morale, deepen connection, and make our culture tangible.
- Reporting & Audit Readiness: Insightful HR metrics reports and ensure seamless statutory filings. Serve as the linchpin for internal/external audits and agency inspections.
- Drive Continuous HR Innovation: Identify and spearhead opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage HR tech (HRMS, ATS, LMS), and co-create scalable policies that fuel organizational agility.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years mastering comprehensive HR operations , preferably within dynamic, high-growth, or matrixed environments.
- Deep Expertise: Proven mastery of performance management systems, HR best practices, and local labour legislation.
- Influence & Communication: Exceptional ability to build trust, navigate complexity, and influence stakeholders at all levels with clarity and diplomacy.
- Tech Fluency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite; hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS platforms.
- Operational Excellence: Impeccable attention to detail, a strong analytical mindset, and a proactive aptitude for solving problems before they escalate.
