#HRExecutive (Experience: 6 months – 1 year)

Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist in end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records
✔ Support onboarding formalities and new joiner documentation✔ Maintain HR databases and employee records✔ Assist in attendance, leave management, and shift tracking✔ Help plan and execute employee engagement activities & events✔ Draft HR-related documents and internal communications (letters, announcements, etc.)✔ Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related support✔ Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
Requirements
✔MBA in Human Resource Management
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills✔ Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)✔ Proactive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
